Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Butcher to prepare, cut, trim, and package meat products according to quality and hygiene standards.
The ideal candidate should have strong knife skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of different meat cuts.
Key Responsibilities
- Cut, trim, debone, and prepare meat (beef, chicken, lamb, etc.) as per requirements
- Ensure proper storage and handling of meat products
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the work area
- Inspect meat quality and ensure freshness
- Operate cutting tools and equipment safely
- Weigh, package, label, and price meat products
- Assist customers with meat selection and provide recommendations
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Monitor stock levels and inform supervisor for replenishment
- Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
