Busway Offer Marketing Manager

We are looking for Busway Offer Marketing Manager to join our team in Dubai.

Responsibilities: Lead Busway offer strategy, positioning, competitive analysis, value proposition and GTM plans.

Support product launches, marketing content, training materials, presentations and partner enablement.

Manage portfolio lifecycle: reference creation, documentation, certifications, and pricing inputs.

Review tender specifications, prepare quotations and required technical/commercial submissions.

Coordinate full order cycle: order booking, factory & OPC follow-up, production tracking, dispatch readiness, logistics, LC/invoice documentation, and expediting when needed.

Maintain Busway project pipeline and enquiry/order tracking tools.

Act as point of contact for customers/partners during execution: site queries, technical clarifications, installation support.

Handle warranty claims, escalate quality issues to factories and ensure closure.

Work closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, MARCOM and Global Busway teams to secure smooth execution and business growth.

Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.

At least 10 years of experience in Busway systems, LV distribution, data center solutions, or related fields.

Experience in designing busbar components, ACB panels, Tap-Off units, or project engineering preferred.

Strong analytical and product management skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management ability.

Familiarity with manufacturing processes, quality standards, and installation practices.

Experience in forecasting, demand planning, or process improvement is an advantage.
