Essential duties
- Provide expert technical support, resolve complex escalations within established SLAs, and improve end-user experience.
- Develop system modifications and enhancements and advise on systems and data output.
- Monitor technology developments and recommend relevant adoption.
- Perform advanced data analysis and communicate findings; support or direct special analysis work.
- Define system requirements, document specifications and plans, resolve process issues, and monitor compliance.
- Provide data-driven system insights to senior management and recommend process enhancements based on analysis and testing.
- Manage and improve the application change-control process.
- Serve as IT liaison and subject-matter expert for an assigned business area and its requirements.
- Coordinate information gathering and support resolutions for audits and governing-body examinations.
- Support system upgrades and releases, manage UAT, prepare test plans and criteria, and coordinate testing, hot fixes, and upgrades.
- Document UAT test cases and coordinate testing with users.
- Support project activities and deliverable tracking, follow the project methodology and SDLC toolset, and back up the Project Coordinator.
Education and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field, a Business or Systems Analyst Certificate, or 3+ years in a credit union or relevant experience with DNA, Loan Director, or other Business Solutions core systems.
- Experience with Business Solutions applications and recommending changes to improve efficiency and maximize technology.
- Experience translating conceptual business needs into implementable solutions.
Minimum qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively.
- Working knowledge of Atlassian tools, especially Jira and Confluence, plus tools such as Smartsheet, Salesforce, and Microsoft Project.
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Outlook, and Zoom.
- Experience with Visio, Lucidchart, or a similar flowcharting application.
