About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Setup Consultant to join our growing team in Dubai.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UAE company formation services, excellent sales skills, and the ability to guide clients through the business setup process from consultation to company formation.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries for UAE business setup services.
- Advise clients on Dubai Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore company formation options.
- Explain licensing requirements, visa procedures, compliance regulations, and bank account opening processes.
- Build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct consultations and provide customized business setup solutions.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into successful sales.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Coordinate with internal operations teams to ensure smooth processing of licenses and visas.
- Maintain accurate client records and update CRM systems regularly.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in Business Setup, Company Formation, Corporate Services, or B2B Sales.
- Strong knowledge of Dubai Mainland and UAE Free Zone regulations.
- Fluent in Hindi and English (Mandatory).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and relationship management skills.
