We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented **Business Setup Consultant** to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate should be fluent in **English and Hindi**, possess strong sales and communication skills, and have experience in business setup, corporate services, banking assistance, or related consultancy services in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inquiries related to Dubai Mainland and Free Zone company formation.
- Consult clients on business setup options, licensing requirements, visa processes, and compliance procedures.
- Generate new business through calls, networking, referrals, and lead follow-ups.
- Conduct client meetings and provide tailored business setup solutions.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and service agreements.
- Coordinate with government authorities, Free Zones, and internal departments for smooth processing.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure excellent customer service.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business development goals.
- Keep up-to-date with UAE business regulations and licensing requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of UAE sales or business setup consultancy experience.
- Knowledge of Dubai Mainland, Free Zone, and company formation procedures.
- Fluent in **English and Hindi** (Arabic is an advantage).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Target-driven with a positive and professional attitude.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
