We are seeking a motivated and experienced
Business Setup Advisor
to join our team in Dubai.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in sales and UAE company formation and business setup consultancy will be preferred, with the ability to guide clients through the process of establishing and expanding their businesses in the UAE.
Turkish language fluency is mandatory for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients on UAE business setup options, including Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore company formations.
- Assist clients with company incorporation, licensing, visa applications, and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct consultations to understand client requirements and recommend suitable business structures.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into successful business setup engagements.
- Coordinate with government authorities, free zones, banks, and internal teams to ensure smooth processing.
- Stay updated on UAE business regulations, licensing procedures, and market developments.
Requirements
- English and Turkish language proficiency (spoken and written) is required.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in the UAE sales industry.
- Strong understanding of the UAE Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore business structures is preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office is an advantage.
