About This Role
Overview
We are looking for a **Business Setup Consultant** with experience in **UAE company formation** to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate should be confident in handling client consultations, converting leads, managing company formation processes, and promoting additional corporate services.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients on the best business setup option: **Mainland, Free Zone, or Offshore**
- Explain setup costs, timelines, and requirements clearly
- Convert leads into clients through professional consultation and follow-up
- Manage client communication through WhatsApp and internal platforms
- Handle the company formation process from start to finish
- Coordinate with Free Zones, DED, and other authorities
- Ensure documents are accurate, complete, and submitted on time
- Promote additional services such as **visas, bank account assistance, VAT, and renewals**
- Maintain updated client records, CRM entries, and KYC documentation
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- Support Arabic translation and marketing content when needed
Requirements
- Experience in **UAE business setup / company formation**
- Strong sales, communication, and client management skills
- Good understanding of **Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore** structures
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple clients
- Experience using CRM tools and internal trackers
- Arabic language skills are an advantage
