About This Role
Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic **Business Setup Advisor** to join our growing team.
In this client-facing role, you will assist entrepreneurs and businesses with setting up their companies in the UAE, including mainland, free zone, and offshore jurisdictions.
The ideal candidate should be confident, sales-driven, and passionate about delivering exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable business setup solutions.
- Advise on company formation processes, legal structures, and licensing options.
- Generate leads and convert them into successful business opportunities.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and government authorities.
- Stay updated on UAE business laws and regulatory changes.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders for smooth execution.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in business setup, sales, or a client advisory role in the UAE.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure.
- Good knowledge of UAE business setup landscape (free zones, mainland, offshore).
- Fluency in English is a must; Arabic or other languages is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
