About the role

The Technology team builds systems and experiences supporting Revolut’s products and operations.

The Business Risk Manager develops sustainable growth strategies aligned with operational risk frameworks and applies technical risk knowledge.

What you’ll be doing

  • Analyse risk profiles with Technology and Product teams.
  • Design, implement, and test controls to help teams manage and reduce risk.
  • Conduct risk and control assessments and team deep dives, providing actionable insights.
  • Manage technology risks to limit incidents, breaches, and non-compliance.
  • Record, handle, and report risk incidents.
  • Deliver risk reports and monitoring metrics, including KRIs and BCIs, to the Board and executive committees.
  • Implement and communicate operational risk policies and guidelines.
  • Review and update ICT documentation.

What you’ll need

  • At least 4 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of cloud infrastructure, IT operations, software, hardware, data flows, and change control and their risk impacts.
  • Knowledge of technology product delivery products, services, and tooling, including Agile and Kanban.
  • Adapt communication to audiences and stakeholders, including 1LoD.
  • Define risk appetite and impact and identify risk likelihood.
  • Ability to assume responsibilities quickly and interpret and organise complex data.
  • Ability to provide control-testing support to 1LoD.

Nice to have

  • Data and SQL skills are a plus.
  • SOX controls exposure is a plus.
