Business Risk Manager role within the first line of defence.
Develop sustainable growth strategies aligned with operational risk frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the risk management framework within the crypto entity.
- Identify, assess, document, and review risks.
- Independently test controls and develop risk management procedures.
- Design key risk indicators and monitor them against limits.
- Register and manage risk incidents, deliver reports, and prepare information on risk exposures.
- Implement business continuity requirements.
What you'll need
- At least 3 years of risk management experience in financial services or technology.
- Expertise in risk identification, monitoring, and control implementation and testing.
- Practical experience interpreting and organizing complex data for risk-based decisions.
- Track record of achievement in a business environment and/or at an academic level.
- Able to assume responsibilities quickly and manage multiple tasks.
- Organized and methodical approach; excellent interpersonal skills.
Nice to have
- Programming skills are a plus.
Compensation range
- Krakow and Poland compensation range is PLN 17,600–31,100 gross monthly.
- Compensation for other locations will be discussed during the interview process.
- Final compensation depends on qualifications, skills, and previous experience.
