- Our client is looking for an Operations Director, based in Jeddah, to lead and oversee operational excellence across healthcare facilities.
- This role will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, improving service efficiency, and ensuring high standards across hospital or clinical environments.
- You will work closely with leadership teams to optimise operational performance, enhance patient experience, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and quality standards.

- 10+ years of operational experience within hospitals or clinics is a must.
- Proven experience in a senior operations leadership role within healthcare.
- Strong understanding of hospital operations, patient services, and operational compliance.
- Experience managing large teams and multi-functional healthcare operations.
- Strong background in process improvement, operational efficiency, and service delivery.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving capabilities.
