About the Role

What You Will Do

• **Process Optimization:**
• Design, implement, and continuously improve operational workflows across our sales, customer success, and product teams.
• **Revenue Operations (RevOps):**
• Own revenue operations, including pipeline tracking, forecasting processes, and the optimization of go-to-market (GTM) tooling.
• **Cross-Functional Leadership:**
• Lead critical projects that require tight coordination across engineering, product, finance, and commercial teams.
• **Data & Reporting:**
• Build and maintain dynamic dashboards and reporting systems that give executive leadership real-time visibility into business performance.
• **Vendor & Systems Management:**
• Manage vendor relationships and contracts; evaluate, select, and implement new internal tools and software systems.
• **Risk Mitigation:**
• Proactively identify and resolve operational bottlenecks before they turn into structural problems.

What We Are Looking For

• **Experience:**
• 4–7 years of professional experience in business operations, revenue operations, or management consulting.
• *(Note: Experience in a high-growth SaaS or technology company is strongly preferred).*
• **Project Management:**
• Exceptional project management skills with the proven ability to run multiple concurrent workstreams without dropping the ball.
• **Technical Chops:**
• Strong proficiency with business intelligence (BI) tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, or similar) and enterprise CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
• **Analytical Mindset:**
• Highly analytical with deep experience building operational models and KPI frameworks from scratch.
• **Communication & Collaboration:**
• A clear, concise communicator and collaborative partner who has mastered the art of influencing without formal authority.
