Job Purpose
To support business operations through data analysis, reporting, and insights generation, enabling informed decision-making and continuous improvement of operational performance.
Accountabilities
- Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data to identify trends and insights
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor business performance
- Support decision-making by providing data-driven recommendations
- Track and analyze key operational KPIs and performance metrics
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting outputs
- Identify opportunities for process improvement based on data analysis
- Assist in automating reporting and improving data workflows
- Prepare reports and presentations for management review
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business, Statistics, or related field
- 0 - 1 years of experience in data analysis, business operations, or reporting roles
