- Achieve the agreed productivity targets across the following activities: Quotations & Agreements Data Validation* CRM Opportunities
- Maintain high-quality standards across all deliverables
- Deliver timely, accurate, and responsive sales support services to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
- Present and implement a Kaizen initiative to enhance the overall performance of the sales support function and the sales department

- MS Office skills (Excel / Word)
- Excellent control on the English/Arabic language.
