This is a part-time hybrid role located in Dubai with flexibility for remote work.
As a Business Manager at Phage Arab, you will oversee operational management and growth strategies, ensuring efficient functioning of the organization.
Key tasks include managing budgets, coordinating projects, building relationships with stakeholders, and enhancing organizational visibility.
The role also involves supporting partnership development and aligning operations with the organization's mission to advance phage therapy initiatives.
Qualifications
- Business Operations and Strategy skills, including project management, budgeting, and organizational planning
- Strong Communication and Relationship-Building skills to engage with stakeholders, partners, and collaborators
- Marketing and Outreach skills to enhance organizational visibility and support partnership development
- Proficiency in Digital Tools and Technology, including Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration platforms
- Ability to work independently with flexibility in a hybrid work setup
- Familiarity with scientific organizations or a background in biotechnology, healthcare, or related fields is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline
