Overview

Business Development

• Identify and prospect potential clients in the Middle East region to generate leads and expand the customer base.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Develop strategic plans to penetrate new markets and grow existing accounts.

Sales and Account Management

• Present and sell IT solutions and services, including software development, IT infrastructure, cloud services, and managed solutions.
• Understand customer requirements and propose tailored IT solutions to meet their business challenges.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.

Collaboration with Internal Teams

• Work closely with technical and delivery teams to ensure the feasibility and successful implementation of proposed solutions.
• Partner with the marketing team to align on campaigns and strategies for client acquisition.
• Act as a bridge between the client and internal teams to guarantee seamless service delivery.

Market and Industry Knowledge

• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and emerging technologies in the Middle East region.
• Analyze the competitive landscape and adapt sales strategies accordingly.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in IT sales, preferably in the Middle East region.
• Strong understanding of IT solutions such as cloud computing, infrastructure, managed services, and software development.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and achieving targets.
• Knowledge of cultural and business practices in the Middle East is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of French or Arabic is an advantage.
