The Business Insight Analyst partners with Finance and People teams, reporting into the central data team.
The role develops reporting and analytics to support business performance and decision-making.
Working arrangement: four days per week in the Dubai office and one day working from home.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards, and analyze data from Databricks.
- Combine financial and workforce metrics and provide actionable recommendations.
- Translate business questions into analytical solutions and support KPI-aligned enterprise reporting.
- Contribute to AI-powered tools and self-service analytics, collaborating across data and AI teams.
- Support ongoing priorities and ad hoc analytical projects across functions.
Candidate requirements
- 2–4 years’ experience in a business-facing analyst, insight, or BI role.
- Strong SQL and Power BI skills, analytical ability, and experience engaging stakeholders.
- Agile experience is essential; finance, HR, or people-data experience is ideal.
- A relevant degree and Microsoft Power BI certification are advantageous.
- The candidate should communicate proactively, solve problems, and build relationships.
