- **Position: Executive Business Excellence (Junior Executive)**
- **Qualification: Industrial Engineer**
- **Salary; 4000 AED – 5000 AED**
- The preferred candidate profile is as follows:
- Fresh graduate or candidate with up to 2 years of experience
- Bachelor’s degree in
Industrial Engineering
- is preferred
- Other acceptable backgrounds: Manufacturing, Mechanical, Operations, Production, Quality, or Supply Chain Engineering
- Strong skills in
- Excel, PowerPoint, data analysis, and reporting
- Good communication skills in English
- Comfortable working in a factory environment and coordinating with different departments
- Exposure through internships, projects, or practical work in manufacturing, continuous improvement, quality, planning, or operations is an advantage
- Basic understanding of KPI tracking, root cause analysis, process mapping, SOPs, Lean tools, and implementation follow-up is preferred
- Good attitude, discipline, ownership, and willingness to learn and support implementation work on the ground
