Overview

The IAT Director oversees the Power of One model and integrated ways of working across 5 for 72 markets.

This role collaborates with global and regional leaders to customize and implement the integrated agency model across various capabilities such as media, creative, production, commerce, and social/influencer, both within Publicis and with clients and partner agencies to drive the process forward.

Key responsibilities

include managing client marketing initiatives holistically within Publicis to create a seamless, scalable approach that leverages market insights for continuous improvement.

This role acts as the connective tissue, customizing and applying global standards and best practices, identifying successes and risks, and optimizing processes to support local, regional, and global transformation ambitions and ways of working.

Ideal for a strategic, process-driven individual who seeks innovative, effective ways of working, it requires understanding global vs. regional operating models, process implementation, insights management and relationship-building with diverse stakeholders across multiple markets and capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily orchestration, implementation, and optimization of the integrated operating model from briefing to delivery across marketing capabilities.
  • Customize and manage standardized processes, address current challenges, and develop ideal workflows supported by a collaboration platform.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure seamless integration of marketing efforts.
  • Manage intake of integrated and capability-specific client briefs, including review and assignment to the appropriate internal teams for execution.
  • Oversee and/or support resource management across briefs/projects, ensuring efficient allocation for marketing initiatives.
  • Communicate project details, timelines, and action steps clearly to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Track deliverables, budgets, and project overlaps, adjusting schedules and notifying teams as needed.
  • Lead initiative and process feedback conversations with clients and internal teams to ensure continuous optimization of ways of working.
  • Manage development of scope components, including timelines, resources, and costs.
  • Drive connectivity across regions and capabilities on shared topics, surfacing insights, sharing performance results, and scalable use cases on a monthly basis.
  • Partner with the Agency Orchestration team to propose solution-led approaches aligned with global standards and best practices.
  • Identify blockers and opportunities for regional leadership and clients, and develop local and regional action plans accordingly.
  • Confidently manage client-facing communication and develop presentations/documentation for senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 12–15 years of relevant industry experience.

Native Arabic speakers are highly preferred.

Proven experience managing global clients and complex stakeholder environments.

Demonstrated leadership experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
