- نحن شركة متنامية في مجال الاستشارات الطبية والقانونية الطبية (Medicolegal)، نلتزم بتقديم حلول متخصصة وخبيرة تلتقي فيها الرعاية الصحية بالقانون. نبحث عن مدير تطوير أعمال ديناميكي وموجه نحو تحقيق النتائج، توسيع نطاق انتشارنا وقيادة النمو الاستراتيجي للشركة وتوسيع قاعدة عملائنا في قطاع الاستشارات في مجال القانون الطبي (Medicolegal). المُرشح المناسب سيكون مسؤولاً عن تحديد الفرص الاستثمارية الجديدة، وبناء علاقات قوية مع مقدمي الرعاية الصحية وشركتنا، بالإضافة إلى تعزيز الحضور السوقي للشركة.
- المسؤوليات الرئيسية
- تحديد وتطوير فرص أعمال جديدة في القطاعات الصحية في مجال القانون الطبي.
- بناء علاقات قوية مع المستشفيات، العيادات، الشركات الطبية، شركات التأمين، والمنشآت الطبية الحكومية.
- تطوير شراكات استراتيجية لتوسيع خدمات الاستشارات والخدمات الطبية القانونية.
- إعداد وتقديم المقترحات التجارية، العروض التقديمية، والعقود.
- إجراء أبحاث السوق وتحليل المنافسين.
- وضع خطة تسويقية تتماشى مع استراتيجيات النمو.
- تحقيق مستهدفات الإيرادات ومتابعة مؤشرات أداء العمل.
- تمثيل الشركة في فعاليات القطاع، المؤتمرات، وفرص التواصل المهني.
- ضمان الامتثال للوائح والأنظمة الخاصة بالقطاعين الصحي والقانوني.
- المؤهلات المفضلة
- درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال، التسويق، إدارة الرعاية الصحية، القانون، التأمين الصحي أو أي تخصص طبي ذو صلة.
- المتطلبات
- خبرة ٣ سنوات أو أكثر في مجال تطوير الأعمال، المبيعات، أو الشراكات.
- سجل حافل وناجح في تحقيق نمو الإيرادات وبناء علاقات متينة مع العملاء.
- مهارات قوية في التفاوض والتواصل.
- القدرة على فهم الخدمات الطبية القانونية وخدمات الرعاية الصحية.
- مهارات ممتازة في التقديم وإدارة علاقات أصحاب المصلحة
- الخبرات والمهارات المفضلة:
- خبرة في قطاعات الاستشارات الطبية القانونية (Medicolegal)، أو الرعاية الصحية، أو القطاعات القانونية، أو التأمين.
- امتلاك شبكة علاقات قائمة داخل المستشفيات، أو شركات التأمين، أو قطاعات الشركات.
- معرفة باللوائح والأنظمة الخاصة بالرعاية الصحية ومعايير الامتثال.
- شهادة الماجستير في إدارة الأعمال (MBA) أو أي مؤهل علمي ذو صلة بمرحلة الدراسات العليا.
- إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية (تحدثاً وكتابة).
