Position: Business Development Manager – Events & Exhibitions

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Our client is seeking a dynamic and commercially driven professional with strong experience in business development, sales, exhibitions, sponsorships, and client relationship management within the events and exhibitions industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the events and exhibitions sector.
  • Sell exhibition spaces, sponsorship packages, and related event solutions.
  • Generate qualified leads and convert prospects into exhibitors, sponsors, or strategic partners.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, exhibitors, sponsors, and industry stakeholders.
  • Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and customized proposals.
  • Negotiate and close deals to achieve revenue targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and growth opportunities.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful event planning and execution.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or commercial roles within events, exhibitions, trade shows, or related sectors.
  • Strong network and understanding of the Saudi events and exhibitions market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to generate leads, manage pipelines, and close sales deals.
  • Arabic and English communication skills are preferred.
  • Based in Riyadh or willing to work in Riyadh.
