Role Overview

  • We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Business Development Specialist to join our team in Riyadh.
  • The ideal candidate has a proven track record in B2B sales, new business acquisition, and client relationship management within a creative, marketing, media, branding, PR, or events agency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and acquire new B2B clients.
  • Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Identify new business opportunities across government and private sectors.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and commercial negotiations.
  • Prepare technical and commercial proposals (RFPs).
  • Develop strategic partnerships and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Collaborate with creative, strategy, production, and account teams to deliver winning solutions.
  • Maintain CRM records, sales forecasts, and pipeline reporting.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Business Development or B2B Sales.
  • Proven experience in acquiring new clients and closing deals.
  • Previous experience in a Creative, Marketing, Branding, Media, PR, or Events Agency is required.
  • Strong experience in proposal preparation and client presentations.
  • Experience with government tenders, Etimad, SAP Ariba, or RFPs is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English.
