Rgheeb is seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development & Sales Executive to join our client team.
This role focuses on driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and executing effective sales strategies.
The successful candidate will have a strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams to achieve company goals.

Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand client base.
- lead generation delivery
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Develop and implement sales strategies that align with business objectives.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and competitors to identify risks and opportunities.
- Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reports to management.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Development or Sales Executive.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
- Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
