1. Business Development & Sales
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in construction and contracting projects
- Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve growth targets
- Generate leads through networking, market research, and industry contacts
- Prepare and deliver commercial proposals and presentations to clients
2. Tendering & Project Acquisition
- Monitor and evaluate upcoming tenders and project opportunities
- Coordinate with estimation and technical teams for tender submissions
- Review project requirements and ensure alignment with company capabilities
- Lead negotiations and contract discussions with clients
3. Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, consultants, and key stakeholders
- Act as the main point of contact for potential and existing clients
- Ensure high client satisfaction and long-term partnerships
4. Market Intelligence
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitors
- Monitor competitors activities, pricing, and positioning
- Provide strategic insights to management for business expansion
5. Strategic Planning
- Contribute to the company s growth strategy and market positioning
- Identify new markets, sectors, and partnerships
- Support diversification into new services or geographical areas
6. Coordination with Internal Teams
- Work closely with:
- Estimation team
- Engineering and project teams
- Finance and procurement
- Ensure smooth handover of secured projects to execution teams
7. Reporting
- Prepare regular business development reports
- Track pipeline, opportunities, and conversion rates
- Report on sales targets and performance
