Job Description
Your primary responsibility as a **Business Development Representative** will be to drive bookings for sales meetings and help generate recurring revenue growth by sourcing, qualifying, and developing the sales pipeline.
As a new BDR, you will receive training and development with tremendous opportunity for advancement for top performers!
What will you do?
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement efficient lead routing and qualification strategies
- Analyse lead data to identify patterns and opportunities for process improvement
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand their needs and optimize the handoff processes
- Manage and prioritize a high volume of inbound leads
- Conduct initial qualifications for high-potential leads
- Outbound against tiered list to generate high-intent opportunities with Startup and Enterprise teams
- Support the development and execution of strategic outbound initiatives
- Provide data-driven insights to inform sales strategies and resource allocation
- Continuously refine processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness

- **Qualifications**
- Minimum qualifications:
- A-levels or equivalent
- 6+ Month B2B sales experience or 1+ year in a financial operations role
- High energy, 'can-do' attitude
- An inquisitive, questioning person
- Disciplined approach to daily activity planning, setting goals, and achieving results as well as documenting all activity in Salesforce
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excitement about a fast-paced, challenging environment with a culture of winning
- Fluent in English essential & Arabic is desirable.
- The salary range in United Arab Emirates for this position is 208,000.00 to 260,000.00 AED Annual.
- Your specific offer within this range will be determined by your skills, experience, and qualifications.
- For non-sales roles, you may be eligible for a bonus.
- For sales roles, this range includes a commission target.
