  • Today, we are looking for a new Business Development Representative to join our team in Riyadh and drive pipeline growth across strategic accounts.**Key Responsibilities*** Drive outbound prospecting across strategic accounts in Saudi Arabia using a multi-channel approach (calls, email, LinkedIn, and targeted campaigns)
  • Identify, research, and engage key decision-makers within enterprise and mid-market organizations
  • Partner closely with Account Executives to execute account-based strategies and support territory development
  • Qualify inbound and marketing-generated leads, converting them into sales-qualified opportunities
  • Clearly articulate the value of Genesys Cloud and CX solutions in alignment with customer challenges
  • Consistently generate high-quality pipeline aligned with regional revenue targets
  • Maintain accurate activity tracking, opportunity management, and forecasting in Salesforce
  • Meet and exceed KPIs related to meetings booked, pipeline generation, and opportunity conversion
  • **Skills & Qualifications*** 3–5 years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or Inside Sales role within SaaS, CX, cloud, or technology environments
  • Fluent in Arabic (required) and English (required)
  • Strong understanding of Saudi Arabia market and business culture
  • Proven success in outbound prospecting and pipeline generation
  • Comfortable engaging mid- to senior-level stakeholders in complex organizations
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills
  • Experience with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and modern sales engagement tools is preferred
