Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Generate business through cold calling, networking, referrals, email outreach, client visits, and site visits.
• Identify fit-out and construction opportunities, upcoming projects, and leads; build a pipeline of clients and projects.
• Arrange and attend meetings with developers, consultants, architects, designers, contractors, project managers, and facility managers.
• Build long-term client relationships and present fit-out and design-and-build services.
• Prepare presentations, proposals, quotations, and commercial offers with design, estimation, and project teams.
• Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and contracts; follow opportunities through to confirmed projects.
• Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual targets and KPIs; maintain CRM records and sales forecasts.
• Monitor market and competitor activity, attend industry events, and generate repeat business and referrals.

Required qualifications

• 1–3 years of business development or sales experience in interior fit-out, construction, design and build, or contracting; this industry experience is mandatory.
• Proven cold calling, lead generation, client acquisition, sales, and deal-closing experience.
• Strong understanding of interior fit-out and construction and knowledge of commercial, retail, hospitality, office, and residential projects.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and networking skills; ability to meet targets and manage multiple opportunities independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Preferred qualifications

• Existing relationships with developers, consultants, architects, interior designers, contractors, project managers, or facility managers are highly desirable.
• A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, construction management, or a related field is preferred.
• A UAE driving license is an advantage.

Pay

• AED 3,000–5,000 per month.
