Full-time Telesales & Receptionist role with an interior fit-out company in Dubai.
The role handles calls, welcomes visitors, generates leads, follows up with customers, and supports daily office administration.
Key responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls and welcome visitors, clients, and business partners.
- Generate leads by telephone, WhatsApp, and other channels; follow up on enquiries, quotations, and potential clients.
- Explain interior fit-out, renovation, and interior design services; schedule client meetings, appointments, and site visits.
- Respond to customer enquiries and direct calls to relevant departments.
- Maintain customer records, appointment schedules, and follow-up reports.
- Handle basic reception and office administration and maintain a professional reception area.
- Coordinate with sales, design, and project teams; support monthly lead-generation and sales targets.
Requirements
- Previous telesales, reception, indoor sales, or customer service experience is preferred.
- Interior fit-out, construction, real estate, or interior design experience is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; good English communication. Additional languages are an advantage.
- Professional attitude, customer focus, organization, multitasking, and efficient handling of calls, visitors, and follow-ups.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, email, and WhatsApp Business.
- Immediate joiners and candidates with their own valid UAE visa are preferred.
Pay
- AED 2,500–3,500 per month.
