Full-time telesales and receptionist position with an interior fit-out company in Dubai.
The role combines incoming-call handling, visitor reception, sales lead generation, customer follow-up, and daily office administration.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls and welcome visitors, clients, and business partners.
- Generate leads by phone, WhatsApp, and other channels; follow up on enquiries, quotations, and potential clients.
- Explain fit-out, renovation, and interior design services; schedule client meetings, appointments, and site visits.
- Respond to enquiries, route calls, and maintain customer records, schedules, and follow-up reports.
- Support reception and office administration, coordinate with sales, design, and project teams, and maintain a professional reception area.
- Help the sales team achieve monthly lead-generation and sales targets.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; good English communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, email, and WhatsApp Business.
- Good organization and multitasking skills, including handling calls, visitors, and sales follow-ups efficiently.
- Telesales, reception, indoor sales, or customer service experience is preferred; related fit-out, construction, real estate, or design experience is an advantage.
- Additional languages, immediate availability, and holding a valid UAE visa are preferred.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 2,500 to AED 3,500 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person in Dubai.
