Job Overview

SEO & Website Optimization

• Develop and implement advanced SEO strategies to improve Google rankings, organic traffic, and qualified leads.
• Conduct keyword research targeting interior fit-out, office fit-out, villa renovation, commercial interiors, and interior design services in Dubai and the UAE.
• Perform technical SEO, on-page SEO, off-page SEO, and local SEO.
• Optimize website pages, meta titles, descriptions, headings, images, URLs, internal links, and landing pages.
• Conduct website SEO audits and resolve indexing, crawling, page speed, mobile usability, and structured data issues.
• Optimize Google Business Profile and improve local search visibility.
• Develop ethical backlink-building strategies and monitor competitors.
• Use Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, or similar tools.
• Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, conversions, and lead-generation performance.
• Apply SEO best practices for AI-powered search experiences and changing search trends.

AI-Powered Digital Marketing

• Use ChatGPT, Gemini, and other AI tools for keyword research, content planning, marketing strategies, and competitor analysis.
• Use AI-assisted workflows to improve SEO content, website copy, blogs, landing pages, and social media campaigns.
• Explore AI tools for image generation, video creation, editing, automation, and marketing analytics.
• Create effective AI-assisted content while ensuring accuracy, originality, quality, and brand consistency.
• Use AI to improve marketing productivity, generate campaign ideas, and identify new business opportunities.
• Stay updated on emerging AI technologies and their applications in digital marketing.

Photography & Videography

• Plan and conduct professional photography shoots for completed interior fit-out projects, offices, villas, commercial spaces, and renovation projects.
• Capture high-quality interior photographs showcasing design details, materials, finishes, lighting, and workmanship.
• Take before-and-after photographs of renovation and fit-out projects.
• Photograph project progress, site activities, company events, and team activities when required.
• Understand lighting, composition, angles, framing, and color accuracy for interior photography.
• Edit and retouch photographs using Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Photoshop, or similar software.
• Organize and maintain a professional library of project photographs for website, portfolio, advertising, and social media use.
• Coordinate with project managers to schedule site visits and obtain suitable project photography.
• Shoot professional videos of completed fit-out projects, interior spaces, renovation work, and ongoing projects.
• Create walkthrough videos, project showcases, before-and-after videos, promotional videos, and company profile videos.
• Produce engaging short-form videos and reels for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms.
• Edit videos with professional transitions, color correction, sound, subtitles, text overlays, and branding.

Graphic Design & Social Media

• Design professional marketing materials for digital and print use, including social media posts, banners, advertisements, brochures, flyers, company profiles, and presentations.
• Design project portfolio layouts, service graphics, marketing campaigns, and visual brand assets.
• Use Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Canva, or equivalent design tools.
• Maintain consistent company branding, typography, colors, and visual identity.
• Manage company accounts on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
• Develop monthly content calendars covering project photography, videos, reels, graphics, and promotional campaigns.
• Write professional captions, descriptions, headlines, and calls to action.
• Research relevant hashtags, audience interests, content trends, and competitor strategies.
• Respond to marketing inquiries and coordinate lead follow-ups with the sales team.
• Monitor reach, engagement, website visits, and leads generated through social media.

Google Ads & Website Management

• Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to generate qualified interior fit-out inquiries.
• Conduct keyword research and develop effective advertising copy and landing pages.
• Create digital advertising creatives using photography, videos, and graphic design.
• Monitor campaign budgets, conversions, cost per lead, and return on advertising spend.
• Implement conversion tracking and evaluate campaign performance.
• Manage and update the company website using WordPress or a similar content management system.
• Upload and optimize project photographs, videos, service pages, and portfolio content.
• Improve landing pages, user experience, website navigation, and conversion rates.
• Monitor performance through Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and related tools.
• Prepare monthly reports covering SEO performance, website traffic, social media engagement, advertising, and qualified leads.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant digital marketing experience preferred.
• Strong practical knowledge of advanced SEO, technical SEO, and local SEO.
• Good understanding of AI tools and their applications in marketing and content creation.
• Hands-on photography and videography skills.
• Proficiency in video editing and post-production.
• Strong graphic design skills and a good eye for visual presentation.
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Canva, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of WordPress or another website content management system.
• Experience with Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console.
• Familiarity with Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, or equivalent SEO tools.
• Understanding of Google Ads, lead generation, and conversion tracking.
• Strong written English, creative thinking, and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in interior fit-out, construction, interior design, renovation, or real estate marketing.
• A portfolio demonstrating photography, videography, graphic design, and digital marketing work.
• Proven SEO results, including improvements in rankings, organic traffic, and qualified leads.
• Experience creating professional interior walkthrough videos and project showcases.
• Knowledge of AI-assisted creative tools and marketing automation.
• Familiarity with the UAE market and local business audiences.

Pay

• Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month.
