- المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة جهود تطوير الأعمال واستقطاب المشاريع والعقود الجديدة.
- بناء وتطوير العلاقات مع المطورين العقاريين والمقاولين والمستثمرين والجهات ذات العلاقة.
- البحث عن الفرص الاستثمارية والمناقصات والمشاريع المحتملة.
- إدارة عمليات التفاوض وإبرام الشراكات والعقود التجارية.
- الإشراف على قنوات التسويق الرقمي وتوليد العملاء المحتملين.
- إعداد العروض التجارية ومتابعة الفرص حتى إغلاق الصفقات.
- تحقيق المستهدفات البيعية والمساهمة في نمو أعمال الشركة.
- المؤهلات المطلوبة
- بكالوريوس في الهندسة المعمارية أو الهندسة المدنية أو إدارة الأعمال أو التسويق أو أي تخصص ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في تطوير الأعمال أو المبيعات أو الشراكات في قطاع الاستشارات الهندسية أو المقاولات أو التطوير العقاري.
- معرفة قوية بالسوق السعودي، ويفضل وجود شبكة علاقات مهنية في مدينة جدة.
- خبرة في استقطاب المشاريع والتعاقدات وتحقيق الأهداف البيعية.
- إتقان استراتيجيات البيع الاستشاري (Solution Selling) وأنظمة إدارة علاقات العملاء (CRM).
- مهارات عالية في التفاوض والعرض والتواصل وبناء العلاقات.
- يفضل وجود عضوية الهيئة السعودية للمهندسين (SCE).
- المهارات المطلوبة
- بناء الشراكات الاستراتيجية.
- إدارة العلاقات التجارية وتطوير العملاء.
- تحليل السوق والمنافسين.
- مهارات التفاوض والإقناع.
- القدرة على العمل وفق المستهدفات ومؤشرات الأداء.
