About This Role

Overview

**Business Development / Outdoor Sales Executive** to join our growing team in Dubai.

This is a **commission-based opportunity** designed for ambitious professionals who can generate and close high-value projects in the fields of interior design, fit-out, renovation, and project management.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and bringing in projects across commercial, residential, retail, hospitality, and beauty sectors.

You will act as an independent business developer representing a well-established company with a strong portfolio of completed projects across the UAE and GCC.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business leads through networking, site visits, and personal connections
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, consultants, contractors, and business owners
  • Present company services including interior design, fit-out, and project management solutions
  • Arrange and attend client meetings and site visits
  • Follow up on leads and convert opportunities into awarded projects
  • Work closely with the design and project teams to ensure smooth client onboarding
  • Achieve sales targets based on project acquisition and closures

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales or business development (preferably in interior design, fit-out, construction, or real estate)
  • Strong network within UAE market is highly preferred
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and entrepreneurial mindset
  • UAE driving license and own vehicle preferred
  • Ability to work independently and manage flexible schedule

Compensation

This is a **100% commission-based role**.

Earnings are performance-driven with no income ceiling.

Successful candidates can achieve significant monthly income based on project value and performance.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED50,000.00 per month
