As we scale across the MENA region, we're looking for an ambitious
Business Development Manager
to be the face of STABO on the ground in Dubai.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager role based in Dubai.
The Business Development Manager will identify and qualify new business opportunities, build and manage a pipeline of prospects, and drive the full sales cycle from outreach to closing.
This role includes researching target markets, engaging with potential clients, leading product demos, and crafting tailored proposals and commercial terms.
The individual will collaborate closely with product, operations, and marketing teams to refine value propositions, respond to client feedback, and support go-to-market initiatives.
Ongoing responsibilities include maintaining strong client relationships, monitoring market and regulatory trends in crypto and payments, and reporting on performance metrics and forecasts to leadership.
What You'll Do
- **Hunt & Convert:**
- Proactively identify, prospect, and qualify new leads — turning conversations into real, revenue-generating opportunities across the SaaS, AI, and Cloud verticals.
- **Own the MENA Market:**
- Represent STABO at industry events, conferences, meetups, and community gatherings throughout the region — you'll be our voice and presence on the ground.
- **Build the Brand:**
- Host and organize STABO events, roundtables, and community-building initiatives that position us as the go-to stablecoin payments partner in MENA.
- **Pipeline Mastery:**
- Manage the full sales cycle from outreach to close, working closely with leadership to refine GTM strategy and tailor our offering to market needs.
- **Strategic Partnerships:**
- Build long-term relationships with vendors, resellers, and ecosystem players who can amplify STABO's reach.
What We're Looking For
- Proven business development or B2B/B2C sales experience in fintech, payments, SaaS, or financial services, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong skills in prospecting, pipeline management, negotiation, and closing deals, including experience with CRM tools.
- Ability to understand and explain technical or product concepts related to digital assets, stablecoins, and payment flows in clear business terms.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at multiple levels, from operational teams to senior executives.
- Strategic thinking and analytical abilities to assess market opportunities, segment customers, and prioritize high-impact partnerships.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment, with a proactive, self-directed approach and strong ownership of outcomes.
- Knowledge of the crypto ecosystem, stablecoins, and relevant regulatory considerations is highly beneficial; prior experience with Web3 or digital asset products is a plus.
