Overview
We are looking for a results-driven individual with a proven track record in business development, specifically in the field of manpower outsourcing in the UAE.
The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding our presence in UAE market, with the possibility of spearheading our expansion into Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to expand our manpower outsourcing services in the UAE market.
- Identify and prioritize target clients and industries based on market trends, competitive analysis, and company objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target industries to understand their needs and requirements.
- Actively prospect and generate leads through networking, cold calling, and other business development activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to customize manpower outsourcing solutions to meet client needs and ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales pipeline, client interactions, and business development activities to senior management.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in business development, with a focus on manpower outsourcing in the UAE market.
- Proven track record of success in generating new business and achieving sales targets, particularly in varous industries.
- Strong understanding of the manpower outsourcing industry, including relevant regulations, market dynamics, and client requirements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade key stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset, able to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
