A leading group of hospitals in Sharjah is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong construction industry background to drive corporate business growth. The role will focus on acquiring and managing construction company accounts for visa medicals, pre‑employment medicals, and occupational health screening services .
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, target, and onboard construction companies and contractors requiring visa medicals and workforce screening services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HR, PRO, and admin teams within construction organizations
- Promote hospital services related to visa medical fitness, pre‑employment health checks, and periodic medical screening
- Negotiate service agreements, pricing, and volume‑based contracts
- Collaborate with internal operations and clinical teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and client requirements within the construction sector
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in business development or sales with direct exposure to the construction industry
- Strong network within construction companies, contracting firms, or manpower suppliers
- Familiarity with UAE visa medical requirements and corporate medical screening processes is a strong advantage
- Excellent relationship‑building, negotiation, and communication skills
- Self‑driven and target‑oriented, with the ability to work independently
