driving commercial growth across engineering consultancy, surveying, and manpowerrelated services.
Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities in engineering consultancy,
surveying, and manpower services.
Use existing relationships with contractors, developers, consultants, EPC companies, and
procurement or project management teams.
Build and expand the business pipeline in Riyadh and the Eastern Province.
Generate measurable commercial opportunities and revenue.
Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and manage client relationships.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Track market trends, client needs, and competitor activity.
Proven business development experience in SaudiArabia, especially in Riyadh and the
Eastern Province.
Strong network within engineering consultancy, surveying, construction, or related
technical sectors.
Existing relationships with contractors, developers, EPC companies, consultants, and
procurement or project management teams.
Demonstrated ability to bring real engineering, surveying, or manpower-related business
opportunities.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
