Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager based in Riyadh, offering a mix of in-office and remote work flexibility.
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, fostering and maintaining client relationships, developing and executing business strategies, and collaborating with internal teams to meet company objectives.
Additional responsibilities include conducting market research, preparing proposals, delivering presentations, and achieving sales targets.
Qualifications
- Strong business acumen, strategic planning, and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability in building and maintaining client relationships, negotiation, and sales expertise.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in market research, identifying growth opportunities, and competitive analysis.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other business development tools is preferred.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and organized, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid working environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degrees or professional certifications are a plus.
- Previous experience in procurement consulting, supplier intelligence, or related fields is advantageous.
