Job Opportunity | Business Development Manager – Real Estate Sector

On behalf of one of our top clients, we are currently hiring for the following position:

Position: Business Development Manager

Sector: Real Estate

Location: Riyadh

Role Overview:

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, building strategic relationships, developing partnerships, and expanding the company’s business presence within the real estate sector. The role requires strong market awareness, commercial thinking, and the ability to convert opportunities into long-term business value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the real estate sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, developers, and strategic partners.
  • Develop business development plans aligned with the company’s growth objectives.
  • Lead discussions, proposals, negotiations, and follow-up activities with potential clients and partners.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and potential investment or partnership opportunities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth opportunity execution and client engagement.
  • Prepare business development reports, pipeline updates, and market insights for management.
  • Represent the company professionally in meetings, presentations, and external engagements.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in business development, strategic sales, or commercial growth, preferably within the real estate sector.
  • Strong track record in identifying opportunities, building partnerships, and expanding client portfolios.
  • Good understanding of the Riyadh real estate market and related business opportunities.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and business partners.
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to work independently and achieve growth targets.
