Role Description
The a Business Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role l based in Riyadh.
The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and developing strategies to drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities
include market research, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and representing the company at industry events.
The role emphasizes collaboration with internal stakeholders to align business strategies with customer needs.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in business development, relationship building, and strategic planning
- Experience in market analysis, client acquisition, and handling partnerships
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to engage with a wide range of stakeholders
- strong network of key stakeholders in government/semi-government entities,
- Proficiency in project management, time management, and prioritization
- Proven experience in professional lighting industry is a must.
- Understanding of security technology, access control systems, or related fields is a plus
- Previous experience in sales or account management roles is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in Arabic is highly desirable
