- *LPS (www.lps-me.com) is looking for an results-driven* ***Business Development Manager*** *to drive new business growth across the UAE and KSA.
- The ideal candidate will have strong agency sales experience, an established professional network, and a proven ability to win and grow client accounts for creative, digital, and integrated marketing services.*
- ***Key Responsibilities***
- *Drive new business acquisition through prospecting, networking, client meetings, and industry events across UAE and KSA.*
- *Promote and sell the agency's services including Social Media, Events, Production, SEO, PPC, Paid Social, Content Marketing, and Web Design & Development.*
- *Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools.*
- *Develop customized proposals and pitches in collaboration with internal teams.*
- *Build strong client relationships from lead generation through onboarding.*
- *Represent the agency at relevant industry events and networking opportunities.*
- *Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.*
- *Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and AI-powered business development tools.*
- ***Requirements***
- *Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.*
- *Comfortable to travel frequently to KSA.*
- *5+ years of proven sales or business development experience in marketing, advertising, or digital services.*
- *Strong knowledge of creative agency workflows, social media and digital marketing channels (SEO, PPC, Paid Social, Content, Web Development) and integrated marketing solutions.*
- *Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.*
- *Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets in competitive markets.*
- *Experience using CRM tools to manage pipelines and track performance.*
- *Strong network and understanding of the business landscape in UAE & KSA.*
- *Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently while collaborating with internal teams.*
- Pay: From AED11,000.00 per month
