About the Role
Hire-Sync is hiring on behalf of a **global manufacturing company** specializing in **tube mills, pipe machinery, HF/RF welders, and turnkey solutions** for steel tube and pipe production.
We are looking for a **fluent Arabic-speaking Sales Executive** to support and grow business activities in the Saudi market.
Key Responsibilities
- Support **sales and business development** across Saudi Arabia
- Identify and engage with **industrial clients & steel manufacturers**
- Generate leads, schedule meetings, and follow up on opportunities
- Coordinate with international teams for proposals and quotations
- Assist in client meetings, negotiations, and order follow-ups
- Provide **market insights and customer feedback**
Requirements
- ✔ **Fluent Arabic (Mandatory)** – spoken & written
- ✔ 2–5 years of experience in **sales / business development**
- ✔ Exposure to **industrial products, machinery, or B2B sales** preferred
- ✔ Familiarity with **Saudi market and business practices**
- ✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ✔ Self-motivated and willing to grow in technical sales
