About This Role

About the Role

We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven  Business Development Manager  to join a leading organization in the  banking and payments solutions space  in Saudi Arabia.

This role is ideal for a sales professional with strong experience in the  financial services and fintech sector , who can drive business growth, build strategic relationships, and manage the full sales cycle with key banking clients across the Kingdom.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth and achieve assigned sales targets within the Saudi market
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with business objectives
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and client engagement to deal closure and post-sales follow-up
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management within banks and financial institutions
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (pre-sales, product, and technical teams) to deliver tailored solutions
  • Prepare and present proposals, RFP responses, and commercial offers
  • Lead negotiations and finalize contracts, including long-term service and maintenance agreements
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends and new business opportunities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions using CRM systems
  • Expand and develop strategic partnerships and distribution channels

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of experience in  business development or sales within banking, fintech, or payment solutions
  • Proven track record of selling to banks and financial institutions in  Saudi Arabia
  • Strong understanding of  banking systems and digital/payment solutions
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles and enterprise deals
  • Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills, with exposure to C-level clients
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and target-driven
