We are looking to appoint a
Business Development Manager
to lead and drive the company’s growth initiatives within the real estate sector.
This is a strategic role focused on expanding market presence, identifying high-value opportunities, and building long-term partnerships that support the company’s growth objectives.
Role Overview
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, establishing strategic alliances, and contributing to the overall commercial strategy.
The role requires a strong market understanding, the ability to translate insights into actionable plans, and ownership of revenue-generating initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead business development efforts to generate new revenue streams and expand the company’s market footprint.
- Identify, evaluate, and pursue investment and partnership opportunities within the real estate sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and strategic partners.
- Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with the company’s growth objectives.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning.
- Prepare and present business proposals, partnership models, and commercial plans.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment between business development activities and operational execution.
- Monitor performance metrics and continuously optimize business development efforts.
