We are looking to appoint a Business Development Manager to lead and drive the company’s growth initiatives within the real estate sector. This is a strategic role focused on expanding market presence, identifying high-value opportunities, and building long-term partnerships that support the company’s growth objectives.
Role Overview:
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, establishing strategic alliances, and contributing to the overall commercial strategy. The role requires a strong market understanding, the ability to translate insights into actionable plans, and ownership of revenue-generating initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead business development efforts to generate new revenue streams and expand the company’s market footprint.
- Identify, evaluate, and pursue investment and partnership opportunities within the real estate sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and strategic partners.
- Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with the company’s growth objectives.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning.
- Prepare and present business proposals, partnership models, and commercial plans.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment between business development activities and operational execution.
- Monitor performance metrics and continuously optimize business development efforts.
