Overview
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager for outsourced manpower services in Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new clients and secure outsourced manpower projects
- Conduct meetings with company HR and management teams
- Negotiate manpower supply contracts and service agreements
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Coordinate with recruitment and operations teams for manpower deployment
Requirements
- 3–5 years experience in manpower outsourcing or recruitment business development
- Good knowledge of the Saudi market
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to achieve business targets
- English required (Arabic preferred)
