Business Development Manager – ELV Physical security systems

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Generate new business for UAE ELV projects and build relationships with end users, consultants, developers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Identify design- and tender-stage projects and promote CCTV, access control, intercom, gate barrier and parking, audio visual, HVM bollard, and other ELV systems.
• Develop the sales pipeline, achieve revenue targets, and ensure solutions are considered in project designs.
• Prepare proposals and quotations, coordinate commercial negotiations, and track projects from lead generation through execution.
• Monitor competitors, market trends, and project opportunities; maintain CRM records, forecasts, and opportunity reports.

Candidate profile

• 5–7 years of UAE experience in ELV, security, ICT, or smart-building project sales or business development.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE ELV market, project sales cycle, products, systems, and applications.
• Proven lead-generation and project-conversion ability; strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
• UAE driving license is mandatory.
• Existing stakeholder relationships are advantageous; candidates based in the UAE with relevant ELV market experience are preferred.

Compensation

• Pay is up to AED 17,000 per month, with performance-based incentives noted.
