Business Development Manager – ELV

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities for ELV projects in the UAE.
• Build relationships with end users, ELV and MEP consultants, developers, main contractors, and stakeholders.
• Identify projects at design and tender stages.
• Promote CCTV, video surveillance, access control, intercom, parking management, audio visual, HVM bollards, and other ELV systems.
• Develop the sales pipeline and achieve revenue targets.
• Meet consultants and key decision-makers regularly.
• Secure consideration and specification of company solutions in project designs.
• Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and commercial negotiations with technical and estimation teams.
• Track projects from lead generation through specification, tender, award, and execution.
• Monitor competitors, market trends, and project opportunities.
• Maintain CRM records, forecasts, and opportunity reports.

Candidate Profile

• 5+ years of ELV, security, ICT, or smart-building project sales or business development experience in the UAE.
• Strong understanding of the UAE ELV market and project sales cycle.
• Proven ability to generate leads and convert them into projects.
• Good knowledge of ELV products, systems, and applications.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
• A UAE driving license is mandatory.
• Existing relationships with end users, consultants, contractors, developers, and stakeholders are highly advantageous.
• Candidates currently based in the UAE with relevant ELV experience are preferred.

Compensation

• Pay is AED 10,000 to AED 17,000 per month.
• Performance-based incentives are offered.
