Role overview

Business development and pipeline

• Build a pipeline of developers, owners associations, and their boards across the UAE.
• Map handover calendars and target buildings nearing completion to win mandates ahead of the market.
• Pursue competitor switches at renewal where commercially viable.
• Attend developer launches, handovers, owners association meetings, and industry events.

Handover, consultancy, and tenders

• Sell developer handover and defects liability period services, coordinating handover events with operations.
• Sell and scope consultancy, including pre-handover advice, community and owners association set-up, and service charge budget work.
• Prepare and win tenders with operations input on scope and cost.

Proposals and relationships

• Develop proposals and fee schedules within the fee matrix and standard scope; raise mobilisation records at signature and hand mandates to operations.
• Refer asset management, unit management, and capital markets opportunities to relevant teams.
• Build long-term developer and board relationships and report pipeline and market intelligence.

Requirements

• At least 5 years in UAE real estate, including at least 3 years in relevant business development or on the developer side.
• Established developer relationships and a record of winning tenders.
• Working knowledge of Dubai jointly owned property regulation, including Law 6 of 2019 and RERA requirements, and regulatory differences across emirates.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and proposal skills; CRM discipline; and Microsoft Office skills.
• Valid UAE driving license and car.
