Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to identify, engage, and onboard new F&B brand partners.
This role is responsible for expanding our partner network, negotiating commercial agreements, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process to drive long-term growth and value.
Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate potential brands and partners aligned with company objectives
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective partners
- Initiate contact with prospective brands and present the company’s value proposition
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
- Lead commercial discussions and negotiate partnership terms, and agreements
- Collaborate with internal teams (legal, finance, operations) to finalize contracts
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new partners from contract signing to go-live
- Ensure all required documentation, assets, and system setups are completed
- Conduct training sessions and provide guidance on using internal tools or partner portals
- Work closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure successful partner launches
- Continuously optimize acquisition and onboarding strategies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 3–6 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales
- Proven track record of closing deals and managing partnerships
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
- Experience with CRM tools and partner onboarding processes is a plus
- English and Arabic speakers ONLY.
