About This Role
Job Summary
We are seeking an ambitious and results-oriented **Business Development Manager** with experience in curtains and blinds to drive sales growth and expand our client portfolio across the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Conduct site visits, client meetings, and product demonstrations.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and finalize deals.
- Meet and exceed sales targets to support overall company growth.
- Keep abreast of market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in curtains, blinds, or interior fit-out industry.
- Proven track record in sales and business development.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Arabic (Lebanese dialect preferred) and/or Russian.
- Valid UAE driving license is a plus.
- Immediate availability preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive salary plus attractive commission structure.
- Benefits in accordance with UAE Labour Law.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
