Qualifications

- Public Sector sales

- **Tech Savvy:**
- Proven track record of selling
- AI-based, data-driven, or advanced tech solutions
- .
- **Languages:**
- Professional fluency in
- English and Arabic
- is mandatory.
- **Education:**
- Bachelor’s in Engineering or Business Administration.
- **Competencies:**
- Advanced negotiation skills and a strong "closer" mindset.
Key Metrics (KPIs)
- Achieving 75%+ of assigned sales targets.
- Maintaining a pipeline of at least 7 high-value leads.
- A 50% shortlist rate on submitted proposals.
The Mission
- **Sales Growth:**
- Own and achieve aggressive sales targets by identifying leads and closing deals with strategic local partners.
- **Government Relations:**
- Build and maintain high-level relationships with government entities to drive public sector sales.
- **Bid Leadership:**
- Manage the end-to-end bid process, including tenders and consortia strategies.
- **Market Intelligence:**
- Monitor regional trends, competitors, and price sensitivity to keep our strategy ahead of the curve.
